Through the Family & Friends CPR curriculum, anyone can learn the basics of CPR and improve the chances of survival for someone in cardiac arrest. You will learn CPR through the manual and video of this course and have the chance to practice your skills.

This is an awareness course and will not provide CPR certification or First Aid education.
